Product & Design Quality - Design looked great, the bag itself was strong but 10/160 tore at the bottom corners 3 days into a week long camp and had to be replaced.
Customer Service & Shipping -Service was great. Had an initial mistake and shipment of one color when I had ordered 6 different colors. It was taken care of with no problem and bags came on time for event.
