What artworks do you accept?

We accept artworks in formats such as .PSD, EPS, AI and PDF, so on. While sending your artwork to us, you should adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Conversions - Convert all fonts to outlines/curves.
  • Image Clarity - We only accept bitmap and JPEG images with resolution higher than 300 dpi.
  • Color Mode - CMYK color mode is preferred for printing.

We will work with you to ensure that your brand message is seen clearly by masses!

How do I send my artwork/artworks?

Drawstringbagsonline.com encourages customer-friendly practices about artwork uploading. You may:

  • Attach it with order under upload artwork tab at the end of checkout confirmation page

Do you accept Macintosh files?

Yes. We use PCs, supporting most cross-platform graphic files. If your document comprises text, please make sure to convert it to vector paths or export them in a vectorized Postscript (.eps and .ps) or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) Formats.

Do you have production days?

The term production days at Drawstringbagsonline.com refers to days that we need to fulfill your order. Production days are generally counted after proof approval and clearance of payment to the day your product is ready to ship. These production days exclude the following:

  • Day of shipping
  • Weekends and holidays
  • Non-standard imprint - If your order needs multiple imprint locations or extra artwork, then it may take extra time than mentioned.
  • Bulk orders - It takes big time to process orders larger than the ones specified in quantity order range. Please contact us to know more about it before placing your order.

Do you offer drop shipping?

Yes. We offer drop shipping, which involves shipping charges.

Where do you ship to?

  • All USA states and territories, excluding PO Boxes
  • All Canada provinces and territories
    Receiver is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes and fees.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or for certain items.

How are products shipped and how are charges decided?

We offer the benefits of FEDEX 2 day shipping and Standard Overnight shipping. You can see the total cost of order in the shopping cart and you are only required to pay what you see on the website while ordering. If coupon is offered during any time, you cannot redeem it unless and until you receive the email confirmation for your order. What are the regular production and delivery times?

There are many factors that will affect production and delivery times. Orders are subject to possible standard shipping and production delays that are out of our control. What if I don’t find my order up to the mark or as expected?

Returns: We only sell customized or personalized drawstring bags on this website which means all exchanges and returns should be pre-authorized and confirmed before shipping. If you are dissatisfied with the product, feel free to reach to our Sales Representative at 855-218-2247 and receive a return authorization number.

What If I need to change or cancel my order?

We can assist a customer with cancellation only up to the time before the product goes into production. Once the product goes in production stage, we don’t offer any change of order or cancellation because the customization is done and customized products are of no use for us. How can I request a free sample?

If you follow a philosophy of “believe what you see”, feel free to approach us. Samples being shipped outside of the USA, Hawaii or Alaska will require payment of shipping charges.You can call us at 855-218-2247 to request for a free sample.
